Hello there eberlyone, It's Little Xavier again. Dis time Little Xavier needs your honest honest opinion. Previously when Daddy did a poll on whether me resemble Daddy or Mummy and Mummy won the previous round.

Well we all know cute babies change appearance eberly few weeks. And according to Daddy & Mummy friends, me Ye-ye & Nai-nai, Wai-gong & Wai-po etc etc etc, all say me become much cuter.

So now it's time to put yer honest (I bet de other time kelong when Mummy won) opinion and vote who cute Little Xavier resemble more.

First Swim At Hua Xia Harbourfront

Before Little Xavier was born, Daddy & Mummy always go to Harbourfront and see the cute babies swim in the bathtub. Everytime oso think when they can oso see Little Xavier swim inside.

Then ard last week 2 mths after me was born , Daddy & Mummy decided tat it's time for Little Xavier to start swimming and set the date to go on 18th Apr 2009. Yippppeeeee!!!

We set off ard 11 pruss and reached Daddy's Wai-po place at Tiong Bahru ard 12 pruss to pick Daddy Wai-po and my Nai-nai. The moment we reached Vivocity shopping, Little Xavier start get hungry liao and have to feed. No choice lah, need strength to kick and kick in the bathtub mah hehe...

When we reached Hua Xia, there was oledi a baby happily swimming. Daddy & Mummy finalized the details, confirming Little Xavier is strong enuff to go into the pool and quickly bring me to the massage table... See below as the auntie helped me do warm up and stretching exercise.


After tat, the float was put ard my neck. Tis is to keep me little head above water while the rest of my body in the water. Enuff said, enjoy de beedeos....







Cute rite? Little Xavier will be de next Phelps no doubt abt it.

Oh yes, Daddy & Mummy bot the inflatable pool for me. Costs $128 and it comes with an inflatable pool, inflatable float, foot pump, thermometer and the session @ Hua Xia is FREE OF CHARGE! Hehe me can now enjoy swimming in the luxury of home.

Jealous Mummy, now jealous Daddy

Sometime last week poor Mummy suffered badly at MY hands. Dunno for wad reasons Little Xavier kept crying and whining non-stop. No amt of rocking, hushing, singing, toking (as if ME understand) can console ME. Buay tahan, Mummy suddenly raised her voice very slightly and say, "Stop crying!" and poor ME looked @ her quietly for abt 2 secs and start wailing for quite a while again hahaha...

Daddy feel poor thing Little Xavier and when he come home carry ME and sayang ME. While doing tat he say,

Eyyyy, Mummy tis morning scold U har? Dun scared dun scared tell Daddy.

Wah den de MOST INCREDIBLE thing happened fer de 1st time. Little Xavier smiled. Woahoooahhhh!!! Of cos lah, Daddy cannot believe his eyes and try de same thing on ME again. And ME smiled again. Tis went on fer abt 3-4 times. Den Mummy tried carry ME and tok to ME oso but den... ME didn't smile @ all hehehehe...

Jealous Mummy wahahahaha...

Den yesterday was Daddy's turn to get jealous. An hr after MY feed, Mummy carried ME up and kissed MY fat fat cheeks. To her surprise, Little Xavier smiled radiantly (Daddy : dunno how true oso) back. Oso happen few times. After tat, Wai-po (she wanted a piece of MY action too) put ME on de rocker chair and oso started teasing ME on MY cheeks. I smiled more radiantly (Daddy : sigh dunno how true again) almost laffing to Wai-po.

When Daddy got back in de evening, he try to do de same thing oso but Little Xavier refused to smile back. But instead greet Daddy wif very pek chek groans and sometimes cry. Daddy ur turn to be jealous hahahaha.

Oh btw, dun ask ME for piks or beedeos cos Mummy & Wai-po were too delighted to see MY angelic smile until they forget to bring de camera and camcorder.

Sleeping in sarong cradle

After weeks of procrastinating, Daddy & Mummy finally relented and decided to get Little Xavier a sarong cradle. Why? Becos Little Xavier is keep crying non-stop and Tai-ma oledi left for her home liao. Mummy is left all alone @ home to look after ME and she cannot tahan liao hehe.

One fine day Daddy & Mummy quick quick go Tom & Stephanie @ West Mall to get one for ME. Wah costs abt 80 bucks after discount. Daddy heart pain again lor. Actually 80 bucks only can buy the stand. The sarong, the spring and hanger sold separately (another 40 bucks). It was tis tat Daddy heart almost popped out. Siao! So expensive.
Luckily Uncle Freddie to de rescue and borrow us the stand. He even sent it all de way to our home somemore. Wah si beh swee!!! Thanks beri beri much, Uncle Freddie. Me like it a lot. Somemore blue blue is boy boy color. Hehe...

MY full month

Mar 14th 2009 marks the day Little Xavier celebrates full month. Not 12th? Nope cos follow lunar calendar. Happens to be a Sat too. Daddy says ME reallie know how to choose day ME want to see the world.

De day began with Mummy giving ME a sweet smelling bath followed by ME favourite Enfalac A+ milk milk. Den after tat wait for food and ppl to arrive. In the meantime, took foto wif Tai-ma cos today is de last day she will be looking after Little Xavier. She need to go back to M'sia liao... Waaaaaaahhh beri beri sad!!!

ME is beri sure Tai-ma willl oso miss Little Xavier beri much one.

At 1 plus, food arrived. Daddy gave quick instructions where to set up and it was done within half hour. Heng ah before any one arrived (except uncle Thomas who came @ 11 plus just to see Little Xavier and stay onli for short while. Thank U from Daddy, Mummy and ME).

First to arrive were uncles KT and Raggae (Daddy's friends). From afar, Daddy could tell tat they have been starved since breakfast and aiming for the first buffet bite (OK juz kidding). As Daddy cannot remember de sequence of VIP arriving, so have to cut short (he can be beri lor soh @ times) hehe... erm... skip to... OK... bit by bit, the rest of Daddy & Mummy friends arrive and whole day they busy busy entertaining here and there. Little Xavier almost neber see them the whole afternoon.

The long awaited moment has arrived. Time to cut Little Xavier's cake. Cute bo? Buy from Bangawan Solo. Daddy wanted Winnie The Pooh but Mummy insisted on Mickey Mouse lor... so U know who got de final say rite? hehe...

End of de day, Daddy, Mummy, Little Xavier & family wanna thank all kor-kor jie-jie, uncles and aunties for sharing our joy.

Refuse to sleep in cot

Wow another 1 wk plus Daddy haben post bloggie for ME liao. Daddy & Mummy have been beri busy taking care of Little Xavier. U know why? Cos ME start to get notti. ME refuse to sleep in the cute cot Daddy & Mummy bot for ME.

Whenever ME kenna put to cot for ME sleeping sessions ME will start to be beri pek chek and always gek lark and make bit of noise. Sometimes ME will sleep after making noise but MOST of de time, ME will start crying REAL REAL hard and gek lark until face red red, eye brows crumpled crumpled. By den Daddy & Mummy or Tai-ma will run over and carry ME.

Some of Daddy friends tell him not to pamper Little Xavier too muchie cos baby are liddat one and once get used to being carried and cradled around, they will always want de attention.

Sigh... too late. Daddy & Mummy, you have started de no-return path. Pls bear wif Little Xavier for the next few mths until ME is independent enuff to sleep MY own OK?

Xavier's home!!!

Woah, after soooo long, Daddy finally had time to post fer ME. Hmmm... got 2 wks or not? Must've kept U all waiting for ME updates hor?

Ok... today's post is abt ME going home. It was Valentine's Day when Little Xavier together with Mummy (wah finally after sooo many days in the same ward) got discharged from TMC. As Little Xavier's still very soft and delicate, helpful mee see helped Mummy carry ME to de car (Mummy dun dare to carry ME yet). Along de way, ME was a beri good boy cos didn't cry @ all. Daddy says becos his driving skills are superb but actually he was driving like slow tortoise hehe...

After we reached home, Wai Gong and Wai Po came along and bring many many thing to prepare for Mummy confinement period. Most thing is nutritious food for Mummy cos she's weak after giving birth to ME. Sigh... only formulated milk for Little Xavier...

Ever since Little Xavier come home, the once cozy haven for Daddy and Mummy turned into a warzone. Kitchen cluttered wif food and utensils, living room full of empty boxes when MY necessities were taken out etc. Wat a mess. But den hor, it's liddat one when one's house have new baby rite?

Finally when nite falls, eberlything more or less got settle down liao. Tat's de time when Wai Po wanna go home. Little Xavier was left in the "good" hands of Daddy & Mummy. Can U imagine how terrified ME was? Although ME knew Daddy & Mummy dote on me a lot but den hor... THEY NO EXPERIENCE TAKE CARE NEW BORN BABY LEH!!!

Being so terrified, ME tried not to cry so much and make Daddy & Mummy run ard like siao lang on my first nite home. Except that Daddy woke up few times to clean my poo and feed Little Xavier milk milk. Tis one no choice lah, Little Xavier have to sound alarm.

Little Xavier is born!

Yes! Little Xavier ME is now born! Finally after so many months of waiting and anticipation, ME is born in de afternoon of 12th Feb 2009. Actually hor Daddy & Mummy wanted ME to be a cute Valentine baby but ME felt tat ME wanted to see them earlier hehe.

It was an eventful 12th Feb 2009 @ TMC. Mummy felt bit of contraction ard 2am in de morning. After confirmation with mee see, she was abt 3cm dilated liao. Wow beri fast hor? Quickly Mummy told Daddy she going into labor but Daddy too tired register in his mind. Before Daddy put down fone, he still murmur to Mummy, "I will sleep a while longer." Only after put down fone, Mummy's message reach him and Daddy jumped up, totally wide awake. Quickly pack stuff (almost forgot to brush teeth, wash face) & rush to labor ward.

In hospital, all done was to wait and wait and wait... for labor to kick in. As Mummy is beri afraid of pain, quickly arranged for epidural to be done early ard 6.30am. Daddy was made to wait outside while the doctor administer for Mummy. All the 15 mins of wait, Daddy beri anxious as put epidural can be rather dangerous if not done correctly and oso got side effects one hor. Luckily done beri smooth, for Mummy de side effects is shivering only.

After epidural, Mummy was pushed to de delivery ward. Inside dere, Mummy lie down on de bed and watched TV. Dere got oso a sofa for Daddy sleep when he tired but he most time not lying down. Den wait again, for ME favorite Dr. Woo who arrived @ ard 9.30am. He checked Mummy and help burst de water bag and Mummy was abt 6cm dilated... getting close!!! All the time inside, Daddy was trying to cheer Mummy up and try not to get her think of de pain later on. But den sigh... Daddy failed most of the time as Mummy will either dun bother him or tell Daddy to keep quiet cos she wanna keep energy to PUSH Little Xavier out later on. So much for yer efforts, Daddy.

Den came 2 pruss after Daddy had his quick lunch (poor Mummy can only take drops of plain water the whole day), de mee see checked Mummy dilated abt 9cm liao and shutdown de epidural so tat Mummy can feel de contraction. Not long later, Mummy really can feel pain liao. Mee see quickly guide Daddy and Mummy how to push Little Xavier out. Dr. Woo was oso summoned and he came in surgical robes. Tat means it's time for ME birth very soon!!!

Although ME head is in de birth canal position (wah this position make Mummy buttocks beri beri painful!), but ME is facing upwards. Dr. Woo says this is the "star gazing" position by right ME should face downwards one. No choice liao, opted for assisted delivery using a vacuum pump to ME little head (ouch!!!) to suck ME out. After 2 attempts, ME head pop out. Daddy could see Dr. Woo quickly pulled little ME out and de little ambilical cord connecting Mummy & ME.

After Daddy cut the cord, ME was officially born, slightly after 3pm on 12th Feb 2009!!! Pls remember this date to buy nice nice presents for me hehe...

Wah really have a lot to tell but Daddy's really tired liao... ME let him rest for a while first. Below are some piktures of cute little ME in the meantime. Stay tuned for updates real soon!!!

Mummy in hospital

As some of you may know Mummy kenna admitted to hospital. Last week on 29th Jan Mummy found something not rite den after call Dr. Woo, he told us to go straight to hospital to let him check up.

Expected lah, Mummy have to stay in hospital for monitoring. But tis time no longer 2 nites liao. Poor Mummy have to stay in hospital until ME is born. All because there got a small water bag leak. On de first day she kenna de needle again and dunno why tis time is more painful than previous time.

Eberlyday Dr. Woo have to visit her and chk her condition. Den have to take anti-biotics so little Xavier will not fall sick, monitor ME heartbeats and take Mummy blood pressure. Not only tat, every few days Mummy still have to take blood test aiyoyo... si beh poor thing!

Mummy's neighbour bed occupant keep changing and changing eberly few days. Most of them is juz give birth to BB one. Mummy is always envious hearing the BB cries but eberly nite will remind little Xavier to stay inside tummy longer longer so healthier healthier.

So far Mummy and ME health state still fine. So far Daddy has been visiting Mummy eberlyday and go back home late late. Can tell he miss Mummy and little Xavier lot lot. Occasionally oso got ppl will come and visit Mummy and bring some good stuff for her makan. At least can keep Mummy from not so bored.

Den hor Daddy oso bring de home laptop and give to Mummy to surf net in hospital so at least she won't be bored and still can chat wif Daddy and see him on MSN. See beedeo below.

Happy Niu Year everyone

De year of the Ox (Moooo) is here. Wishing everyone a beri beri Happy New Year and everybody "Year Year Got Fish" and HUAT big big esp Daddy so he can buy ME many many clothes and toys when ME is born.

Dis NIU year is celebrate at Daddy granny place. We got there good timing to makan Daddy's favourite carrot cake which great granny eberly new year will make. Since Mummy cannot move around too much, she sat by the sofa watch TV whole day until dinner. Below pik is actually a cake which Daddy's auntie got from her boss one. Daddy found it nice and meaningful so he take pik of it.


Actually few more thing to put in de blog. Remember last week Poor Mummy kenna warded in hospital? Yes lor she beri poor thing got to stay in bed for 3 dayz 2 nitez cannot step out at all. Lucky Daddy took leave accompany her den she not so bored. Of coz thanks to de HBO channel @ the ward oso. Food looks good rite? But can neber be compared to food outside one hehe.



Mummy was put in monitoring and drip over those days. Wah Daddy & Mummy see liao oso worry... Oh ya, forget to say Mummy kenna de needle 2 times on the first day. Mummy really poor thing!!! Hope the next visit to hospital is when little Xavier is out and not for such things. Oso hope other preggie Jie Jie oso smooth smooth.


Before de NIU year, we oso visit Dr. Woo and he say Mummy much better and can move a bit more but still CANNOT stand or walk for too long. Daddy, pls make sure Mummy don't move about too much and Mummy U STILL gotta take care of yerself and ME.

ME know you'd be interested in ME weight rite? ME tip the scale @ 2.2kg. Same same... still heavy but within the normal range. Mummy pls dun go on diet becos of tis... hehe.

Edgy Mummy

Last week Mummy was warded in hospital for 3 dayz cos she got frequent contractions need to stay in observation by hospital mee see... Poor Mummy spent 2 nites in hospital and Daddy eberly nite home alone.

When she discharged, Dr. Woo gave strict orders for her to stay in bed / sofa (wow all her favourite spots) and cannot move around too much. Cos hor if still continue contractions den Little Xavier maybe born much earlier than expected is no good one.

Last few dayz Daddy have been doing the housework while Empress Dowager Mummy lie on the sofa (watching TV) and instruct Daddy to do tis and den do tat. Poor Mummy... lying on sofa is realliee beri tiring for her lor but silly Daddy last nite made one tiny comment... he say "aiyah do tis and do tat, I just sit down only leh". Den hor Mummy not happeee and got angreee. Don't wanna tok to Daddy - for ONE whole nite. Even now as Daddy is writing on ME blog Mummy still haben simmer down. Sigh...

Aiyoyo Mummy ah Mummy... Daddy oledi say solliee liao. He oso beri poor thing have to do all de housework from now onwards liao. He oso feel U beri poor thing @ home and will try not make U angree anymore. Dun be angree wif Daddy liao OK?

ME new domain

Yippppeeeee... ME got my own domain liao!!! It's http://www.lee-xavier.com/.

Daddy on impulse today go check the domain registrar to see if de domain got kenna register oledi or not and turn out it's still available!!! So Daddy quick leg quick hand (do your own translation to Hokkien) register it for me. Costs him USD$10 bucks a yr nia so stingy Daddy still willing to spend a bit hehe...

ME is now 1.8kg

Yesterday was our appt wif Dr. Woo... Daddy and Mummy beri excited can see Little Xavier thru Dr. Woo's monitor screen again. Alas, ME faced away again tis time and no chance Daddy and Mummy can see me lor. Daddy say ME is shy lah heehee.

"Your baby is 1.8kg... good", said Dr. Woo. Daddy and Mummy beamed happily. ME is 700g heavier compare to last checkup. Den Dr. Woo continued... "he's on the heavy side but still in the normal range.". HAHA den hor Mummy suddenly eyes big big, worried worried look towards Daddy.

Know why? Cos Mummy scared Little Xavier become big big den difficult to give birth. After finish checkup, Mummy tell Daddy outside clinic she dun wanna eat so much anymore. Aiyoh Mummy ah Mummy U go on diet means Little Xavier have less thing to eat oso. Den how to become chubby and cute BB? Tio bo???

ME little cot accessories

ME sure U all readers are getting pretty upset why no more new updates to ME blog since last yr (it's 2009 liao) rite? Cos Daddy lazy again lor. Kept saying, "Aiyah I will update tomolo lah" to Mummy.

They bot some stuff last week and Daddy STILL haben update yet. Today Mummy could tahan no more. Pressured Daddy to whip out camera and start snapping snapping.

OK. De Disney comforter set buy from Aussino one. Got fitted sheets, pillow, bolster, blanket, 2 pc cot bumpers to make it a 6 pc set. It's beri beri comfortable one and all de items very smooth smooth to touch.


Tis one is Mummy favourite from Kiddy Palace. To hang on ME cot. Got many other designs but all Mummy reject cos not cute enuff to match Little Xavier. She like de music control function best. If ME got make sound or cry music will play automatically. Daddy say this one can let Mummy use first cos she oso like BIG baby heeheee.


Actually got more things but all kept in plastic bag and Daddy is lazy to unwrap them. Hope Mummy can pester Daddy to take foto and update. Stay tuned ya?

Storybooks are good

Daddy heard from friend most baby can tok @ earlier stages if got read story books to them when still in Mummy tummy. So few weekend ago under Mummy persistant pestering, Daddy bo pian go to library borrow some books.

But...

Today's de date due lor... and Daddy NEVER read at all!!! Every nite he will say he beri tired den fall asleep within 5 min!!!

Last Sat they oso go buy some books for Little Xavier. Looks more decent den the library books. So far Daddy oso haben read... Hmmm... why muz Daddy read? Mummy can read oso hor?

But they smart tis time. Buy one story book got CD one. Tis CD got 4 stories stored inside. So while looking @ de book, they can play CD to narrate stories. So much for doting parents huh? ME think is lazy likely... :P
